Product and sample enquiries
Cationic Polyacrylamide from Gongyi Xinqi Polymer Co., Ltd. Request the proposed grade, preparation instructions and a sample for evaluation under your process conditions.
Confirm the supplied form, grade specification and current availability with Xinqi technical sales. Product-family information supports initial screening; the proposed code and application result determine the purchase decision.
Describe the sludge and the machine
State the origin of the sludge, relevant conditioning, feed solids when measured and the installed dewatering equipment. A centrifuge, belt press and screw press impose different operating constraints. A supplier needs that context before proposing a product.
Separate a current process limitation from a desired purchasing outcome. A lower delivered price does not compensate for unacceptable capture, wet cake or a preparation system that cannot sustain the required feed.
Compare more than cake appearance
Record cake condition with filtrate or centrate quality, throughput and consumption. Note the operating settings and the period over which observations were made. A single favorable photograph should not decide manufacturer approval.
Treat variable feed as part of the qualification question. Repeat relevant comparisons when the plant can do so safely, and record the limits of the evidence when representative variation was not available.
Keep the form and identity explicit
Confirm whether the proposed candidate is powder or another form and request its own preparation instructions. Do not treat a nominal charge description as an interchangeable stock recipe.
Ask how the sample code relates to the commercial code and what documents accompany delivery. The cross-reference checklist helps qualify claims that another manufacturer's product is an equivalent replacement.
Approve a working relationship
Identify who can review preparation questions, respond to a result discrepancy and confirm corrective actions. Manufacturer evaluation includes the ability to investigate a problem with useful records, not just to send samples.
Use the sludge approval route and the quality-complaint record to retain observations in a form that technical and purchasing teams can both use.
